All goods sold (including but not limited to preorder items, specific orders, consumable items, sale items, promotion items, display items or complimentary gifts, altered, assembled and defective items due to improper use) are non-refundable or non-returnable.
For customers placing their orders through GIFT IDEA online store, if the items you received are not those you ordered or there is/are missing item(s) in the order, please contact us at 3705-2401 within 7 days from the date of dispatch of parcel (Dispatch date is based on the date shown in our system). Please provide us with your order number and relative picture(s) of the parcel details (both the packaging and the content inside) as a proof for our verification. Please also make sure that the returned good(s) and all packaging, including the original product boxes, labels, tags, etc. must be in original packaging and sellable condition. If the returned good(s) has/have been used, the original product packaging is opened or has damage or stains, or any other conditions affect the resale, the return/refund request would be not entertained.
After we have confirmed the return condition complies with our return policy, customers should bring the product(s) you wish to return together with the digital receipt to our retail store within 7 days from the date of dispatch. If the item(s) is/are out of stock, customers could choose other goods with the same or higher retail price and pay the difference of the prices. In case the price of the exchange items are lower than the returned ones, the difference will not be refunded.
In order to meet our return conditions, goods to be returned should not be in any one of the following conditions:
1. Exceed 7 days from the date of dispatch of parcel
2. Item(s) do(es) not belong to the order applied for return
3. The packaging of the item(s) has/have been opened or the item(s) has/have been used.
4. The item(s) and the packaging are not in the original conditions or has/have been damaged or incomplete. Original packaging includes the item, all the plastic bags, boxes, wrapping materials and accessories.
5. Complimentary gifts of your order.
We will not accept any exchange or refund due to any discrepancy of color of the delivered item versus displayed item. We shall have the final decision in case of any dispute as to the condition of the products.
Merchandise photos are for reference only. The product shots shown in our website and the product description may differ from those of the actual product. Customers should rely on the description stated on the product. In addition, screens from different computers, smartphones or tablets may have differences in brightness and color, which lead to the slight difference between the actual product and the product shots shown. This would not be considered as a reason for return. (The appearance and color of the product are subjected to the actual product.)
When we send out the parcel, we will try our best and use appropriate materials (e.g. using bubble wrap envelopes, cardstock, etc) to protect the goods in the package. Customers should consider the risk of shipping before placing the order. We will not be responsible for any damages, loss, bend, fold, etc of the items. Customers have to bear all the risks of loss or damage incurred.
Merchandise listed on our website are available while stock lasts. We will try our best to make sure the quantity of stock is accurate. However, if there is an out of stock item in the order, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. If the out of stock item could be restocked, we will confirm with the customer if he/she would like to have a backorder. Otherwise, we will refund the amount related to the out of stock item(s) through the original means of payment within 7 days after receiving confirmation from the customer.
If the item(s) to be returned is/are either add-on products, promotional items, bulk purchases or discounted items, the whole order should be returned to us. If customers would like to keep the products related to add-on items, promotional items, discounted items or bulk purchases, the original prices of these items would be used for calculating the refund amount.
Delivery other than Hong Kong is rather complicated and the problem and fee associated are not easy to handle. Therefore, we do not accept any return or refund request for orders other than local Hong Kong. Please be assured that we will check and pack carefully before we ship out the parcel.
