We ship overseas. We offer various ways of shipping for customers depends on the country/region of the delivery address.

Apart from local Hong Kong, currently our online shop system could calculate the shipping and packaging fee automatically for delivery address in the following countries/region:

• Delivery time:
  Australia: 9-14 Working Days
  Canada: 10-17 Working Days
  Germany: 9-11 Working Days
  Japan: 8-10 Working Days
  South Korea: 10 Working Days
  Malaysia: 9-12 Working Days
  Philippines: 9-21 Working Days
  Singapore: 8-9 Working Days
  Taiwan: 4-7 Working Days
  Thailand: 9-15 Working Days
  United Kingdom: 10-11 Working Days
  United States: 7-16 Working Days

• Partial tracking is available.

• Return address will be stated on the package, however we are not responsible for any loss or damages of items during the shipment process. We will make sure all items are in proper and good condition before shipping out.

2. Hongkong Post e-express

• Delivery time: It may take 7 to 14 working days for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities. Mail items will be given priority over ordinary letters/packets upon arrival at the destinations.

• Provides online tracking service. There are four tracking points:
  1. Acceptance at counter;
  2. Handed over to the carrier/ Left for destination;
  3. Arrival at overseas mail processing centre; and
  4. Delivered
