We charge shipping and packaging fee depends on the weight of products and way of shipping chosen. We will use envelopes with bubble wrap to provide protection to the package. We offer various ways of shipping for customers depends on the country/region of the delivery address. For customers in Hong Kong, you could also choose to pick up your order at online store at Sheung Wan.
Apart from local Hong Kong, currently our online shop system could calculate the shipping and packaging fee automatically for delivery address in the following countries/region:

• The package could be delivered to industrial, commercial or residential address
• Tracking of package is available and signing of receipt is required
• Shipments delivered to Hong Kong's residential address or Hong Kong's Designated Areas require an additional business day on delivery
• For customers who would like to change to pick up at store after placing the order, the postage and packaging fee paid would not be refunded.
• Starting from May 2023, SF Express imposes Remote Surcharge HK$10 in designated remote areas of Hong Kong. If customers choose SF Express to-door delivery as their delivery option, and their delivery address is under the following remote areas, the system will include HK$10 remote surcharges automatically in the shipping fee together with the SF Express courier fee and package fee.
Remote surcharge coverage areas include: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau and Lantau Island South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo and Pui O etc.)

• Tracking of package is available and signing of receipt is required
• You can choose to pick up your package at EF Locker, SF Store, SF Business Station, SF Service Partners designated 7-Eleven or Circle-K Stores. You could choose your desire pick up location from the list when you check out.
