Shipping & Pick Up

We charge shipping and packaging fee depends on the weight of products and way of shipping chosen. We will use envelopes with bubble wrap to provide protection to the package. We offer various ways of shipping for customers depends on the country/region of the delivery address. For customers in Hong Kong, you could also choose to pick up your order at online store at Sheung Wan.

Apart from local Hong Kong, currently our online shop system could calculate the shipping and packaging fee automatically for delivery address in the following countries/region:

If customers would like to deliver to locations not listed above, we are happy to ship our products to you. Please contact us for the details of shipment.

Here are the details of ways of shipping for Hong Kong and Macau:

#For customers in Hong Kong only

1. SF Express

• Delivery time: Around 1-2 Working days

• The package could be delivered to industrial, commercial or residential address

• Tracking of package is available and signing of receipt is required

• Shipments delivered to Hong Kong's residential address or Hong Kong's Designated Areas require an additional business day on delivery

• For customers who would like to change to pick up at store after placing the order, the postage and packaging fee paid would not be refunded.

•  Starting from May 2023, SF Express imposes Remote Surcharge HK$10 in designated remote areas of Hong Kong. If customers choose SF Express to-door delivery as their delivery option, and their delivery address is under the following remote areas, the system will include HK$10 remote surcharges automatically in the shipping fee together with the SF Express courier fee and package fee.

Remote surcharge coverage areas include: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau and Lantau Island South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo and Pui O etc.)

2. SF Express (Pick Up)

• Delivery time: Around 1-2 Working days

• Tracking of package is available and signing of receipt is required

• You can choose to pick up your package at EF Locker, SF Store, SF Business Station, SF Service Partners designated 7-Eleven or Circle-K Stores. You could choose your desire pick up location from the list when you check out. For request of changes in the pick up location due to reasons like selection error, please contact SF Express directly for the details and they will charge you the service fee for your request./span>

• For customers who would like to change to pick up at store after placing the order, the postage and packaging fee paid would not be refunded.

3. Hongkong Post EC-Get

• Delivery time: Around 2 Working Days

• Partial tracking is available, and the package will be collected at post offices or iPostal Stations. You can click here to refer to the website of Hongkong Post for details.

• When the item is ready for pick up, Hongkong Post will issue SMS notification to recipient for mail collection

• We are not responsible for any loss or damages of items

• Delivery time is for reference only, cannot be guaranteed

• For customers who would like to change to pick up at store after placing the order, the postage and packaging fee paid would not be refunded.

4. Hongkong Post (Surface Mail)

• Delivery time: Around 2 Working Days (Local)/ Around 3-6 Working Days (for Macau)

• Return address will be stated on the package, however we are not responsible for any loss or damages of items

• Please be aware if the size of letterbox could hold the package

• Delivery time is for reference only, cannot be guaranteed

• For customers who would like to change to pick up at store after placing the order, the postage and packaging fee paid would not be refunded.

5. Hongkong Post (Registered Mail)

• Delivery time: Around 2 Working Days (Local)/ Around 3-6 Working Days (for Macau)

• Partial tracking is available, and the package will be delivered door-to-door once. Signing of receipt is required.

• Return address will be stated on the package, however we are not responsible for any loss or damages of items

• If the postman is unable to deliver the item on that occasion, a notification card will be left, and you can collect the package from the designated post office

• Delivery time is for reference only, cannot be guaranteed

• For customers who would like to change to pick up at store after placing the order, the postage and packaging fee paid would not be refunded.

6. Pick up at Store

• Please collect your order at our retail store within 14 days after you received the email notification of collection.

• Please bring your own bag when you pick up the items.

• You are recommended to confirm with us our opening hours before your visit.

• If customers would like to change the way of shipping after submitting the order, we would charge HK$20 as handling fee.

• Order not collected within the said period will be deemed forfeited by Customer, and no refund will be provided. The uncollected ordered items will be handled at GIFT IDEA’s sole discretion without liability.
