The First Kit consists of 3 books - 「DIARY」「LIFE」「IDEA」.
Jibun Techo First Kit 3 in 1 consists of 3 separate volumes (DIARY, LIFE, IDEA) to be bundled to make one notebook. You can use just one, two or all three together inside the same cover.
「DIARY」
The Jibun Techo DIARY has a unique format to help you plan out your days, and provides a dedicated space to track or log various things whether it is your goals, food, health, reflections, etc.
Colourful tabs
The color of the tabs changes every month, so you can have a fresh look each month.
Opens at a flat angle
Lay-flat binding makes all parts of the page equally easy to write on.
Special paper developed for Jibun Techo
The planner uses THIN paper, specially developed for the JIBUN_TECHO. Lightweight and low-show-through, it resists warping even when you rub out erasable ink.
A cover with a pen-holder
Wide enough to hold a multi-colored ballpoint or other thicker pen, the pen-holder is handily accessible. The cover also has a pocket for business cards and similar items.
Contents
Monthly schedule
The calendar block lets you see the whole month at a glance. For months that start in the middle of the week, the end of the previous month is also shown, making it easier to read. The calendar can be used until March of the following year.
Monthly project
You can see two months in a row, which is useful for project management. By writing in the subdivisions on the left-hand side, you can make your progress visible at a glance. You can also use this area to graph your weight, share prices, and so on.
Weekly schedule
Providing equal space for weekdays and weekends, this 24-hour vertical layout helps you keep track of your daily activities.
My dream in 2024
It makes more sense to note down your goals for the year instead of month-by-month. The goals section is also subdivided, making it easier to think things through. (On the left hand side is an age chart for finding out someone’s age quickly from their birth year.)
Money plan
It’s surprisingly hard to keep track of how much you spend each month. Try logging your spending here, so you can see exactly what’s going on. There are also some items left blank for you to customize.
Book & movie list
Use this list to log books you want to read (or have read), movies you want to see (or have seen), and so on. Record your verdict with a face symbol, or jot down a brief review.
Gifts given/received
It’s all too easy to forget gifts received. Even if you resolve at the time to return the favor later, you’ll probably forget unless you write it down. You can also use this list to log gifts you've given.
Promise list
Verbal promises tend not to be kept. In the moment, you intend to keep them, but afterwards you simply forget. When you make a promise, get into the habit of writing it down straight away.
